Liquor and Social Liability

In this episode of our Clubhouse room, Bill and Chantal discuss the liability businesses and lay people have as a result of alcohol. Generally speaking, if a business "contributes to the intoxication of a person" there is no insurance coverage (and thus no liability coverage). The average person can also be held responsible for over-serving someone at a party.
